SNAIX training for riders (article in German)
Tests by the largest German riding Magazine show that SNAIX training yields two positive effects for riders and horses:
On one side the rider can improve his sitting habits very easily. Relaxed posture in the saddle, relaxed grip on the bridle and easy to do, relaxed moving of the horse by lateral flexion and rotation of the spine (close to Sally Swift’s methods) help to improve riding performance.
On the other side horses will suffer much less from back problems because of these improvements.
