Movement intelligence

Movement intelligence is made up of strength, stamina, flexibility and coordination.
For intelligent, successful movement, these four talents have to cooperate in a balanced way. Movement intelligence directly depends on a maximum of movement control, which originates in the brain or central nerve system and controls the muscle-skeleton movement system (
proprioception).
Movement intelligence helps to move smoother, to save energy, to be balanced better, to react faster and to mobilize reserves for longer endurance.

Conventional training devices usually work for one or two of the four mentioned areas. SNAIX training covers all four of them.

Intelligent movement helps to avoid injuries caused by inadequate, uncoordinated body moves and improves therapy after operations und injuries.
