Muscular dysbalances

The harmless form of muscular dysbalances is what we would call tensions in the neck or back. There are some forms of migraine, scoliosis or spastics that can be related to these muscular dysbalances.

In many cases, those tensions and the connected pain can be alleviated by a holistic relaxation of the trunk and extremity muscles and especially by a reduction of muscle tone (loosening of cramps) in neck and back muscles (both of which can easily be accomplished by SNAIX training.)

Up to now, medicine knows a whole variety of training forms as well as medicinal treatments for this, of which the holistic movement training (if possible as a prophylaxis) is the most promising approach.
