The person training has to willfully conduct coordinated swinging movements (left-right) by rotation and lateral flexion of the spinal column (in particular in the area of the lumbar vertebra). This training is suitable for general warm up, for special cardio training and for special requirements in the treatment of sport injuries or problems of the spinal column, also after disc operations.
