Training in muscle chains

Almost all human movements run throughout the whole body and through different sections of muscles. These sections of muscles have to interrelate fluently to produce a reasonable movement - the “movement sequence in muscle chains”. Known fitness training usually concentrates on the 2 dimesional training of single muscles. The SNAIX pattern trains groups of muscles ("muscle chains") at the same time, that are activated dynamically through a 3 dimesional, natural movement sequence – the only possibility to train neuronal coordination ability together with the muscles.
