| Everything that is fun has a special value and a positive effect. Often though, the fun does not last long. Routine takes over after a short time. Many training programs are very useful, but not very exiting for sportsmen in the long run – a problem especially in competitive sports, where the pros go through phases of demotivation and mental stress. Therapists know this problem well from prophylaxis and rehabilitation.
