| Already the first tests with the SNAIX trainer showed that SNAIX training is suitable for cardio training, training of stamina and circulation. These results seem to be surprising, considering the ease SNAIX training can be done with. It is the combination of precise simultaneous coordination of different movements (cerebral training) and training in muscle groups (whole body training) that is demanding a lot of stamina. The body warmes up, the pulse frequency rises (also with low pedaling frequencies), brain and body are challenged with a new, 3 dimensional movement pattern. After a short while the optimization of motorial movements become obvious. The person training will be able to activate mor strength from the existing muscle mass and shows better reaction speed and more stamina. Combined with other training equipment, like a thera-band for simultaneous shoulder and arm training, SNAIX training will turn into training of the sudatory kind. |
