If the SNAIX neuro bike is mounted on the SNAIX stand, it's dynamics are changing completely.
There is no instability any more and "reactive stabilization" is not needed any longer. Now we have to use use the brain, central nerve system, hip, back and belly muscles to move the back wheel from left to right to possible maximum.
With every push on the left pedal the bike has to be moved to a left curve – every push on the right pedal means curve to the right – again perfect contra lateral rotation!
This training we call "active mobilization" of the spine and even though it is the contrary of “reactive stabilization” the medical training effects are the same.
Because of the secure application by patients and the total control of the movement, it is very useful for orthopedic and neurololgic therapy in clinics and practices.
For the first time SNAIX training offers medically equal training effects based on two different training principles for indoor and outdoor use and for sports and therapy.
